Store Policy

Order Processing & Pre-Orders

  • All items are made to order unless otherwise stated.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for production before shipping.

  • Pre-orders may be offered for select items before production begins. Estimated ship dates are listed on each product page, but delays may occur due to manufacturing or logistics. By purchasing a pre-order item, you agree to wait until the stated fulfillment window.

  • If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship together unless otherwise arranged.

  • Rush orders may be available for an additional fee—contact us before purchasing.

Shipping

  • We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on item size and destination.

  • Tracking numbers are provided once your order ships.

  • LaserWitch Creations is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos.

  • We’ll work with you to resolve issues through replacement or store credit.

 

Payment Methods

  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Afterpay, and Klarna.

  • Payment is due at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

 

Custom Orders

  • We love bringing your visions to life! Custom requests are welcome.

  • All custom orders require approval and pre-payment.

  • Proofs may be provided for approval before production begins.

 

Limited Editions & Drops

  • Many items are produced in small batches or limited runs.

  • Once sold out, designs may not be restocked—so grab your favorites while they last!

 

Intellectual Property

  • All designs, names, and branding are protected under copyright and trademark law.

  • UNICORGI® and other branded elements are the exclusive property of LaserWitch Creations.

  • Unauthorized reproduction or resale is strictly prohibited.

 

Refunds

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final once your order is placed. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue.

 

We’ll do our best to resolve it with a replacement or store credit.

 

Refunds may be considered only in rare cases of duplicate charges or order cancellation requests made before production begins.

 

LaserWitch Creations reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests at our discretion.
